Think Like an Entrepreneur

Think Like an Entrepreneur

A practical, immersive program designed to help leaders build entrepreneurial skills they can use to lead change inside an organisation.

Lead the change from inside the system

  • You can see opportunities, but turning them into action isn’t always straightforward.
  • You’re working with uncertainty, competing priorities and internal complexity.
  • You need to move ideas forward, but not every idea has the evidence, support or clarity it needs.
  • You want to lead change with more confidence, but you need the practical tools to do it.
  • You know entrepreneurship isn’t only for founders. It’s a way of thinking, testing and acting that can help organisations adapt.

For entrepreneurial action

Think Like an Entrepreneur is designed for people who want to build the mindset, tools and confidence to act more entrepreneurially in their work. It helps participants identify opportunity, test assumptions, manage uncertainty and turn ideas into action inside real organisational contexts.

Entrepreneurship is not just for founders. It’s a skillset that can be learned and applied inside any organisation. This program is built for leaders and teams who need to move faster, make smarter decisions under uncertainty, and respond more effectively to changing markets, customer needs and internal challenges.

Delivered in Wade’s immersive style, the program is practical, applied and led by experienced practitioners. You’ll work through frameworks and methods you can use immediately, while learning alongside a high-calibre cohort of peers committed to building bolder, more adaptive organisations.

By the end of the program, you’ll have stronger entrepreneurial judgement, practical tools for identifying and validating opportunities, and greater confidence to build and pitch new ideas inside your organisation.
